FAQs

  • Should I remove pharmacy labels?
    No, please leave this to us. We remove all pharmacy labels using a specialized method to avoid damage. You may mark over your personal information with a soft black magic marker if you’d like, but please do not remove the label yourself.
  • Do you accept boxes that are obtained thorugh Medicare or Medicaid?
    Sorry, we are unable to accept any boxes that have been obtained through Medicare or Medicaid.
  • Do you have an expiration date policy?
    Yes. Full price payout is eligible for strips with an expiration date 10 months or later. Strips sent to us with an expiration date between 6-9 months are paid out at a 50% rate of full price. We do not accept products less than 6 months from expiration. Products shipped to us that expire in less than 6 months will not be purchased or returned. Please do not send products with short expiration dates. We do accept Dexcom and Omnipod products at full price with a minimum of 7 months expiration and half price with 4-6 month expiration date.
  • Is there a minimum amount of boxes that you will purchase?
    We do not require a minimum number of boxes and ask that you sell only what you do not need.
  • Who pays for shipping?
    We cover all shipping costs! Simply click here with your contact info and we will send you a prepaid shipping box and label. Just drop your test strips in the box and send it back. Its that easy!
  • Is it legal to sell my extra diabetic test supplies?
    Diabetic Test Strips are an over-the-counter medical supply and therefore completely legal to sell to a third party without a prescription.
  • What if I send you a product that is not on your price list or does not meet your expiration date policy?
    Please do not do this. We are only able to purchase the products on our price list. If you ship any strips that are not shown here, we are not able to pay for them or ship them back to you. These will be donated. Please review the price list carefully.
  • How do I check the status of my package or payment?
